some Disappointments at this Hotel
the afternoon tea was acceptable and quite lovely. i liked the live piano music.
the fitness center was small. it felt cramped.

unreliable elevators apathetic staff
the location right next to hyde park was indeed beautiful, providing easy access to both the park and nearby attractions.
The elevators seemed unreliable. Often only one of the three was working, resulting in long waits. most disappointing was the apathetic attitude of much of the staff, particularly in the valet area, where assistance was like an inconvenience.
